Welcome to Ester Expósito’s bathroom. Once the Spanish actress pulls back her hair, she gets down to business, starting with her easy skin care routine. First up, a genius trick her madre taught her: adding coffee grounds to her gentle cleanser for an exfoliating boost to help with teenage acne.
Her skin care routine is simple—but for makeup, there are a few more steps involved. “Years ago, when I used to do my terrible makeup” she teases in a self-deprecating way “I would take hours.” For the sake of Vogue’s iconic Beauty Secrets video series, Expósito is giving us a quick glowy weekend look in eight minutes flat.
The final result is all about complementing her features—making makeup her friend, not her enemy. “In the end, I believe that makeup should enhance what you already have.”
