This year, Met gala guests honored the creativity of American fashion in the form of star-spangled gowns and nods to iconic tastemakers. And while we won’t be able to get our hands on the one-of-a-kind garments (Iman’s custom Dolce Gabbana x Harris Reed headpiece; Ella Emhoff’s patriotic red Stella McCartney ensemble), there is one little way we can bring an element of these memorable red carpet moments into our everyday look—lipstick! Rihanna led the beauty parade by lining her pout in a deep burgundy lip paint from Fenty Beauty, of course. On the other side of the spectrum, Billie Eilish switched up her red carpet style with a soft rosy nude color by Charlotte Tilbury.
