After celebrating the re-release of her edition of Grace: Thirty Years of Fashion at Vogue last fall, it’s time for the fashion flock to get reading again. Last night at Calvin Klein’s Madison Avenue boutique, Coddington was toasted for the release of her follow-up, Grace: The American Vogue Years. And the creative director’s A-list fan club included everyone from models like Adwoa Aboah, to front-row regular Tavi Gevinson. In between swipes of credit cards, chatter about the collections, and pursuing the latest offerings on the Calvin Klein floor, others, including Alan Cumming, Dr. Lisa Airan, and Miroslava Duma, snatched up their copies to make sure the red-haired master signed their books. Also taking in the action were Coddington’s Vogue peers including Anna Wintour, Virginia Smith, Susan Plagemann, David Byars, and Martin Hoops. And that familial mood carried over into the guests like Arthur Elgort, Constance Jablonski, and Karen Elson—all regular favorites of Coddington’s, who was beaming alongside author William Norwich.
