Props to the set designers, location scouts, and everyone else who makes a runway show or a look book shoot happen—and extra points for those with a sense of humor. Vogue Runway covered about 500 shows and posted around 10,000 images for fall 2025. While poring over these photos to produce our trend reports, the oddities and overlaps started to make themselves known. I can’t tell you why French baguettes were used as props or explain the preponderance of confetti or the popularity of rugs this season. In any case, these are tendencies that are better shared in pictures than words. Enjoy.
