“Zoey’s stunning custom couture Fendi jumpsuit is such a beautiful modern interpretation of a red carpet gown. [We looked] at old Scavullo photos from the late 1970s that telegraphed ease and glamour, and this was my inspiration for the beauty look. I have to say that the Chantecaille lipsticks are some of my favorite lipsticks out there. The colors and formulas are exactly what I look for as a makeup artist and personally as a makeup-wearer.” —Fiona Stiles

“We wanted to create a timeless, Old Hollywood look. We drew a lot of inspiration from Grace Kelly. I put emphasis on creating a complement to the gold and bronze bow on her dress, as well as a luminous bronze look all over.” —Scott Barnes

“I used three shades of the Dior Forever Skin Correct concealer to create dimension and highlight without making the skin look harsh. I used a darker shade of the same concealer to contour her cheekbones and around her forehead.” —Monika Blunder

“To play up the color of her sequin yellow dress, I wanted to do some strong graphic lips in a matte orange tone. The bold, matte orange Armani lip is a fun alternative to the classic red. Orange makes the look feel more quirky and it also complements Gugu’s golden complexion. I kept the rest of the face understated, but also played up the brows to make them a bit stronger, more defined, [and paired them] with flirty lashes.” —Nick Barose

“We just wanted to keep it super fresh and clean. Priyanka’s dress reminded me of Marilyn Monroe in Gentlemen Prefer Blondes, so I thought the red lip would be classic and Old Hollywood, but still modern.” —Mary Phillips

The hero products were the True Botanicals Renew Pure Radiance Oil and Kosas Lipstick in Violet Fury, which is super-long-lasting and totally safe and healthy for your lips. “I kept Kerry’s eye to a bare minimum with a hint of luminosity. I used Neutrogena’s Satin Eyeshadow in Desert Rose going for a flesh tone look, and this eyeshadow matched her perfectly. To add extra luminosity, I layered it with Neutrogena’s Radiant Primer + Serum. Layering products is one of the things I love doing the most. There are no rules when it comes to makeup.” —Carola Gonzalez

“I was able to create almost the entire look just using the Burt’s Bees Nourishing Eyeliner in Midnight Gray. I etched in the shape, blended some with a brush, and then kept building the look. I loved how the pencil glided on easily, but would also blend as needed with a brush. Ultimately, I felt confident that it would stay all night.” —Nikki DeRoest
