The White Lotus star joined her castmates at the Peacock Theater in downtown Los Angeles to celebrate the show’s 16 nominations, including for outstanding drama series. But while she’s had a go at method dressing in the past, Lisa opted to channel a different zeitgeisty franchise on Sunday: Wicked.
The singer and actor donned a cotton candy pink dress from Lever Couture that swirled around her shoulders before flaring out at the hips and trailing behind her. Apparently keen on reviving the high-low silhouette of yore, Lisa both showed off her legs and embraced the drama of a theatrical train.
Yet as fitting as it would have been in Oz, Lisa’s look subtly referenced The White Lotus Season 3. The sculptural dress wrapped around her body like a snake, a major motif in the show that she also repeated in her jewelry. A global ambassador for Bvlgari, Lisa wore the brand’s signature snake as a choker, a bracelet, and a ring. The diamond-encrusted accessories also featured ruby accents that complemented her light pink dress. She finished off the look with a pair of sparkly pointy-toe pumps.
Lisa switched up her vibe for the after-party in a deconstructed Dilara Findikoglu corset with a sheer, mock-neck top and a lace-trimmed silk skirt that draped over her hips. She added the viral Louboutin pointe shoe heels in peach satin, and a heap of Bvlgari jewelry. Glinda, who?
