Meghan knows the power the brows have to frame the eyes, and make an otherwise bare face appear more defined. Likely deploying a new brow pencil–one of our favorites is Victoria Beckham Beauty’s BabyBlade for precision and pigment–the Duchess’s beauty mood suggests that rumors of the skinny brow’s return have been greatly exaggerated. It’s not happening on Meghan’s watch.
