"Notes on Camp " is a documentary series that follows Sweet Beef Theatre, a fringe theatre collective from London, UK. Their show "Crying Shame" explores the loneliness and vulnerability of queer individuals. In their words - “It’s a cabaret. A wellness journey. A 10 step programme. All about loneliness... I know, how embarrassing.” The series provides insight into the performers meditative world as they transform into their characters. The title references Susan Sontag s essay "Notes on ‘Camp’" from 1964.
