It’s that time of year! With so many new films, television shows, albums, theater productions, and art exhibitions coming this season, Chioma sat down with Taylor Antrim, Vogue’s deputy editor, and senior editor Chloe Schama to get the ultimate breakdown of everything they can’t wait to watch, read, and see this fall.
There’s a stacked film lineup for the rest of 2025, with several major films coming out on Christmas Day. We’re especially looking forward to Marty Supreme, starring Timothée Chalamet and Gwyneth Paltrow; The Testament of Ann Lee with Amanda Seyfried; and Chloé Zhao’s Hamnet, starring Paul Mescal and Jessie Buckley. And for fans of 2021’s The Worst Person in the World, director Joachim Trier is back with a new film, Sentimental Value, again led by Renate Reinsve.
Our editors are also looking forward to new seasons of some of their favorite shows, like the Belfast-based cop drama Blue Lights, Nobody Wants This, and The Diplomat. The Vogue offices are also abuzz with excitement about All’s Fair, the new Ryan Murphy drama with an all-star cast including Kim Kardashian, Sarah Paulson, Teyana Taylor, and Naomi Watts.
As for books, Chloe highly recommends Heart the Lover by Lily King, the story of a love triangle fortified and complicated by deep friendship. (We’ve already spied several people reading it on their subway commutes since the book was released in September.)
But that’s not all: Tune in to the episode for more of what we’re looking forward to this fall!
