“People I met in Mexico is a photo series I shot in November 2024 when traveling in Mexico. From the Maya Riviera, I crossed half of the country to La Ciudad de Mexico, through Chiapas and the state of Oaxaca. Mexico has a very strong cultural identity that is not always legitimate to approach. People I met in Mexico is a glimpse of the people and nature I encountered, and of how strong I felt the connection in between them, from my very own European point of view.”
