The PhotoVogue Festival, the first conscious fashion photography festival that focuses on the common ground between ethics and aesthetics, returns for its eighth edition. From March 6th to 9th, 2025, BASE Milano will host a series of exhibitions and talks analysing the interrelation between humans and Nature, and the relations of kinship we can create with animals, complemented by satellite events at the city s finest galleries.
“Human Visions” by PHmuseum is part of The Tree of Change, a series of slideshows, videos, and contributions from organisations dedicated to environmental advocacy. The series includes also: “Vital Impacts – The Nature of Hope”, “The Ghost Rainforest” by Earthrise Studio, “Metaphysics of Mixture” by Institute for Postnatural Studies, “The Essence of Prix Pictet”, “Wild Summon” “End Time Project” by Charlie Hamilton James ,“CondéFuture”, “Square Mile” by VII Foundation, “Latin American Fashion Awards”, “Nautilus Presents: Biodiversity: Though the Lens”.
PhMuseum is a curatorial platform dedicated to highlighting photographic work, giving the opportunity to take part in masterclasses, to participate to grants and open calls, and meet people from the photography community during the PhMuseum Days. Like every year, PhotoVogue is thrilled to collaborate with PhMuseum since the multiple points of contact between our realities. As part of a rich program of slideshows and videos, “Human Vision” will showcase the works of the artists shortlisted for the 2024 Women Photographers Grant. Among them, Pia Paulina Guilmoth was selected by Alessia Glaviano for an interview on Vogue Italia and PhotoVogue.
