Full name/pronouns: Marielle Elise Miller

My signature look: This spring, my go-to outfit is a vintage trench paired with loafers or ballet flats, ankle socks, and the Ferragamo Hug bag for a pop of color against my otherwise monochromatic wardrobe. (The tiny bag in this season’s hues is irresistible!)

My favorite designers: Two of my all-time favorites are Khaite and Silvia Tcherassi. I’ve had the privilege of hosting both Cate Holstein, founder of Khaite, and Sofia E. Tcherassi, director of ready-to-wear at Silvia Tcherassi, at Harvard Business School. They each embody the same timeless elegance, presence, and quiet power as their brands. That authenticity—the ability to tell a compelling story through design—is exactly what draws me to their work.

On my fashion wish list: Audemars Piguet’s Mini Royal Oak in yellow gold. Ginny Wright, CEO of the Americas for AP, is an exemplary businesswoman I look up to, so it s an extra special wish list item!

A fun fact about me: I lead a brilliant—and predominantly female—team at La Complice (@lacomplice.tech), a fashion-tech venture I incubated at Harvard’s Innovation Lab. We’re using AI to revolutionize image generation and outfit inspiration, collaborating with brands that truly invest in customer experience—like Mango. (My own outfit inspiration often comes from the content creators I discover through La Complice.)
