Welcome to The Insider Edit…
Trends, of course, have long appeared in Vogue before they catch notice on the street—and at Vogue Club, we’re bringing you inside our universe and giving you the opportunity to talk with your fellow members about just what this season is all about.
The Insider Edit is the agenda-setting Club-exclusive monthly guide highlighting what’s on the rise in our current moment. Expect The Insider Edit to land in your inbox monthly, while we also feature members like you on our site beside Vogue’s top editors.
For the inaugural edit, we asked you—and some of Vogue s top editors—to tell us what to look out for this season. On top of this, we re showcasing the essential fashion accessories and beauty items for styling the month.
As you read on, you ll find a breakdown of everything fashion month entails—from searching for that runway collection that sets the mood for the entire season to, more practically, the must-haves for preventing any fashion disasters.
This fashion month, the one piece of clothing no fashion lover should go without is…
Jasmine Dawes
A well-tailored wool coat that adds instant polish and sophistication—the Frankie Shop has some of the best I’ve seen this season.
Honey Sweet Elias, Associate Market Editor at British Vogue
Tracksuits, because I need a new season to inspire me. Besides, they’re my staple.
Valerie Owolo
Something with a little lace—it adds a feminine touch of beauty to any look! It’s all in the details: I prefer mine to be on the fringes, but to each their own.
Munnyhkkie Moutinho
Forget the fleeting trends: This fashion month, there s one essential item that every fashion devotee needs in their arsenal: a Uniqlo thermal with a thin, insulating layer that allows for comfortable layering without sacrificing style. This versatility is key for creating a multitude of looks throughout the unpredictable weather.
Asia Moore
An expertly tailored, slightly exaggerated blazer in a bold color or pattern. It instantly elevates any outfit, making it perfect for transitioning between shows or events. Pair it with jeans—or dress it up with tailored trousers for more formal requirements.
Alejandra Castillo
An animal print shoe—it’s a timeless staple that turns any outfit into a statement!
Amrita Panesar Sehra
A classic loafer is the ultimate fashion month staple—it can be dressed up or down, go from day to night, and never goes out of style. Loafers anchor anything from a tailored suit, a mini dress, or even slouchy jeans—you’ll be spoiled for choice.
Diana Garcia
A classic white button-down shirt—whether it’s something inexpensive or your investment piece.
If you re running between shows—or dressing up for runway livestreams—what beauty item should nobody forgo?
Morgan Fargo, Beauty and Wellness Editor at British Vogue
When the going gets tough (aka fashion month), my skin gets rough. In every sense: There s the sensitivity, redness, and texture that comes with late nights and vigorous face-scrubbing, along with the general cold-weather malaise. Last year, I incorporated hypochlorous acid in my routine, and it s been a revelation. Soothing and sanitizing, the fine mist is both anti-inflammatory and anti-microbial, meaning it calms and cleans while it works. The Tower 28 SOS Daily Rescue Facial Spray is stashed firmly in my bag (but also on my bathroom shelf) for this very reason—though there are brilliant options available in the baby aisle of most pharmacies, too. For stressed-out skin, look for formulations that contain only hypochlorous acid, water, and sodium chloride (salt).
Amanda Gardner
My Jones Road Miracle Balm. Even though it s marketed for mature skin, this radiance-in-a-jar makes folks of all ages look fresh, rested, and downright dewy. I use the Magic Hour shade as a highlighter on my cheekbones on top of my favorite lip stains—and I even dot it on my lids. Its thick texture feels hydrating and, more importantly for winter, protective on skin.
Anne Fejer
The Hourglass Ambient Lighting Palette is your backstage hero. This compact palette allows you to retouch your blush, highlighter, and bronzer—you can even use it as a glowy eyeshadow. Its subtle luminosity ensures you ll glow naturally even after a sleepless night chasing down runway shows and parties.
Ranyechi Udemezue, Associate Beauty and Wellness Writer at British Vogue
If you wear makeup, you need a durable setting spray in your arsenal. During fashion week, I reach for the Charlotte Tilbury airbrush flawless setting spray to lock in my glam all day long. It’s waterproof, it lasts for up to 16 hours, and it has soothing aloe vera for hydration and a subtle natural glow. Opt for the tiny 34ml travel size to chuck in your bag and you’re good to go.
Mu Ribas
My absolute must-have is Dior Forever Glow Star Filter. This 3-in-1 wonder is my secret weapon for effortless radiance. I love how it gives me that your skin but better glow, allowing me to confidently go bare-faced or create a stunning base for a full glam look.
Armelle F
Rhode peptide! Keep your lips hydrated during this winter season—and yes, you need the case for easy access.
Kelly-Lynne Russell
I love my Youthforia BYO Blush oil—it works across skin colors and is perfect for lips and cheeks, and to add to the corner of eyes for a little definition without eyeshadow. The green color in the tube can be alarming, but it comes out the perfect non-sticky—but dewy—hue.
Valthielen Klesczcz
A multi-use product is an absolute must for me, and my go-to is the Refy Cream Blush in cherry. It effortlessly adds a touch of color to both lips and cheeks, creating a fresh, runway-ready look in minutes. Lips and cheeks usually tend to wear off easily, so a quick retouch can bring your whole face back to light. I also love how it provides a natural finish that feels lightweight and radiant, without ever looking greasy—perfect for long days on the go.
Susana Solari
The Victoria Beckham Reflect Highlighter Stick in Pearlescent cream gives a beautiful glow—the creamy texture and color is just the right thing to refresh a quick makeup glow.
Concetta Ciarlo, Commerce Writer, Vogue Beauty
It s brutally cold out, and despite being a beauty writer, I don t have much patience at the moment for a time-consuming full-face glam. Instead, I m leaning into the French girl look and cosplaying effortless (because, let s be real, it takes a little effort). My favorite concealer at the moment is from Typology—not only is the coverage excellent for even my exhaustion-fueled dark circles, but it s also formulated with caffeine and niacinamide to actually brighten and reduce puffiness over time.
Amrita Panesar Sehra
If you’re also in your wellness era, this is the year to invest in Chantecaille’s Blue Light Protection Hyaluronic Serum. Blue light is known for causing damage to skin, and this product acts as an invisible shield against screens. Basically it’s the next best thing to going off the grid.
Diana Garcia
A Tide To-Go stick. You never know what will happen, but you won’t have to walk around with a stain.
The trend I want to see emerge on the runway this season is…
Amanda Gardner:
Cobalt blue: It started on runways in 2024 with Loewe, Givenchy, and Dries, then exploded in Proenza Schouler s Spring-Summer ‘25 collection. I am certain it will feature prominently during fashion month.
Jasmine Dawes
Big collars and structure! I’d love to see some necklines that are unexpected and potentially defy gravity—while still framing the face.
Dariana Ramirez
Bold, playful prints that bring a sense of joy and creativity back into fashion. I also hope to see innovative sustainable designs that prioritize both style and environmental consciousness.
Pilar Walker
A celebration of craftsmanship, with intricate hand-embroidery, bold appliqués, and artistic detailing that feels both modern and nostalgic.
Allison Kriz
Bold, unapologetic individuality: I want designs that feel like an extension of the creator’s soul, with a focus on craftsmanship and distinctive silhouettes that bring their vision to life. Honestly, I’m over the recycled styling we see season after season—it’s time for something fresh. From intricate hand-embellishments to daring avant-garde tailoring, I’m looking for pieces that challenge convention, celebrate fashion as art, and inspire truly personal style. Daniel Roseberry’s latest couture show for Schiaparelli is the perfect example—it was breathtaking, blending avant-garde elegance with a masterful celebration of the female form.
Vasiliki Prestidge
Polished looks, structured figures, feminine shapes, high waistlines, big hats, and statement jewellery. A marriage between early-days YSL and Audrey Hepburn dressed by Givenchy, delivered on the runway by Schiaparelli.
MJ Sykes
I live for flowing prints in silk or linen paired with chunky gold accessories that make a bold statement. I want to see versatile pieces that flow seamlessly from day to night with an addition of a clutch or a change of accessories.
Susana Solari
Abstract knitwear with an array of artsy patterns and 3D knit designs—something new that elevates cozy wear. I’m looking for more personalized and playful accessories—embellishments, bag charms, and playful shoes and belts. There is potential for lots more fun.
Diana Garcia
Classic silhouettes, blazers, skirts, button-down dresses: I hope the elegance of the 50s starts to make a comeback.
The best way to relax and unwind during fashion month is by…
Lauren Marie
Shopping—retail therapy is backed by science!
Trang Ha
Diving into a beautifully curated coffee table book about fashion history. There’s something so inspiring about rediscovering iconic eras and designs while sipping on a warm cup of matcha or lavender tea.
Armelle F
Writing down your thoughts in a journal with your favorite pen.
Marie Yvette Homawoo
A trip to the spa is unbeatable. It’s simply the perfect space to relax.
Valthielen Klesczcz
Traveling helps me recharge and appreciate the beauty of the world, while my art allows me to connect spiritually and express my faith through creativity. Both offer me a sense of peace and fulfillment in unique ways.
Eoghan O Donnell, Digital Editorial/Production Coordinator, Vogue
The only way to tackle the fashion month bonanza is to hit the ground running—quite literally. And my go-to strategy for setting myself up for a day of dashing between fashion shows? Checking into an early HIIT class at Barry’s. The rush of endorphins after 50 minutes of sprinting and weightlifting gives me enough natural energy to power through even the longest days. Plus, with multiple locations across London, you’re never too far from the first show of the morning.
My top tip: Opt for a post-workout shake to keep the good vibes going (CBPB is my personal fave, but the specialty shakes are worth a try).
MJ Sykes
A hot bubble bath with some Olay rosewater and a sweet nectar body wash as I engulf my bathroom with the scent of Diptique candles and Venus et Fleur Rose Blanche room spray—I am all about roses right now, in case you hadn’t noticed! I wear my collagen mask while Victoria Monet’s sultry tones fill the space.
Zee Waraich, Social Video Creator, British Vogue
I like to go to Aire Spa—it’s close to British Vogue HQ—and spend hours going between different heated pools, taking cold plunges, and sitting in the sauna. With so much overstimulation during fashion week, it’s such a relaxing way to feel like I’m back in my body and grounded—it melts the stress away.
Also, I never leave the house without Compede’s blister patches during fashion week—the same way I wouldn’t leave without a stunning heel or new pair of boots.
