Looking at the thermometer this week, it seemed as though we were headed straight into spring. Unpredictable temperatures brought on unpredictable wardrobe choices from our best dressed women. While some took their cues from the shifting seasons (wintry burgundy and violet hues, or springlike delicate pastels), others followed fashion’s forecast of tailored suiting, mixed textures, and peplum skirts.
