Getting dressed in this erratic weather can be close to impossible, and while it’s a problem that confounds mere mortals, it doesn’t seem to be a particular issue for our ten best dressed. This week, they managed to look pretty, polished, and miraculously coiffed as they sported ladylike cocktail dresses, chic cropped ensembles, and perfectly paired accessories.
