My favorite Prada collections were the earliest RTW ones, made of silk and double-face cashmere (in camel and navy and black) from around 1990. They were super minimal, and a smidgen nostalgic. The sheer fabulosity of being a discreet European lady appealed to me greatly at that time. Still does, actually. –Sally Singer, Vogue Creative Digital Director

How do you choose just one favorite Prada collection when each has expanded the fashion conversation? I’m partial to the fall shows, and if forced to choose will pick fall 2002 for the furs, sequins, and prettiest pleated dresses. –Laird Borrelli-Persson, Vogue.com Archive Editor

I m not the kind of girl who wears a heel often, but I do wish I d gotten my hands on a pair of shoes from Prada s spring 2008 fairy collection. They were totally crazy and highly impractical and had flowering stalks for heels and came with velvet ribbons and gold trimmings. Just looking at them fills me with a sense of magic. –Chioma Nnadi, Vogue.com Fashion News Director

Prada spring 2011, to me, was one of Miuccia’s more heavenly collections. The bright colors of the candy-stripe furs were practically infectious, and the undertones of Josephine Baker added a whimsical throwback to the Jazz Age. –Elizabeth Taufield, Vogue.com Market Assistant
