    The Tip: "What s nice about this is that one swipe leaves a berry stain behind, but you can bump it up for night by reapplying and blotting between coats," says makeup artist Katie Mellinger. "Then apply color straight from the tube to the center of the mouth, smudge it around, and put as much pigment as possible on a brush to perfect the edges."
