What are the French products you can’t live without?
“Créaline H2O by Bioderma is the best cleanser/toner for morning and evening, whether you wear makeup or not. I used to bring it back from Paris, but finally found it in the Thompson Chemists pharmacy on Thompson Street in SoHo.
"My favorite shower gel is from the brand Rogé Cavaillès—the gel douche surgras, the original scent. My mother always used this for my sister and I when we were little girls. It smells so good and reminds me of my childhood and our summer holidays in Saint-Tropez! My mother sends me boxes of bottles from Paris.”
Any French beauty rituals you hold onto in New York?
“I don’t like wearing a lot of makeup, and that’s maybe known as being French. Mostly my beauty tricks are from my grandmother, Sonia. She taught me how to mix beer and cold water to rinse my hair after washing it—it gives great volume and makes it really shiny. This has been the technique for her signature hairstyle for as long as I can remember.”

What are the French products you can’t live without?
“When my hair is straight, I use [L’Oréal Paris] Elsève Liss-Intense Serum anti-frizz—it s basically argan oil and keeps humidity away from my hair. Additionally, I apply Elsève Boucles Sublimes soin-crème définissant. It s a rinse-free moisturizer that I put on whenever I want to have my hair curly. And Embryolisse is a great moisturizing cream for the face, and you can now find it in the U.S.!”

What are the French products you can’t live without?
“Homéoplasmine is a cream for babies, but in France we use it like a lip balm! This cream is magical—you can put it anywhere when your skin is dry or if you have any irritations or sensitivities.
"I’ve been going to Joëlle Ciocco, a Paris-based facialist, since I was fifteen. She prepares for me a made-to-measure cleanser in two parts and a moisturizing cream. I can’t leave without these two essentials. I take them everywhere with me because they make me radiant in a way that suggests a week of early nights! You can find her made-to-measure product only in her Paris Spa. It’s my daily French touch when I’m in New York City!”

What are the French products you can’t live without?
“I love French pharmacies and their beauty departments! I cannot live without my Avène or La Roche-Posay, and even though you can now find some of their products in the USA, not all of them. I always have Avène Cicalfate crème with me, especially now that I have a toddler as it heals every single scratch like magic. In the summer, I don t leave my home in Miami without my eau thermale Avène spray to refresh me during the day. Last but not least, I am addicted to Fluocaril toothpaste—it has an undertone taste of licorice that I grew up with and it sits well with my Elgydium square tooth brushes in every color.”

What are the French products you can’t live without?
"No matter what, every time I go to Paris I pass by the pharmacy! My essentials, as for most of the best makeup artists, are Bioderma Créaline to make my skin clean. Embryolisse s Lait-Crème moisturizer every night before going to sleep. This cream is a dream for the face, but also the best emergency cream for any dry skin. And La Roche Posay s SPF 30 oil to protect skin from the sun. It s easy to apply and gives an amazing light shine on your body."
