On red carpets worldwide, stars shined brighter than usual in long-sleeved metallics and sequins, not to mention two royal moments: the Duchess of Cambridge in navy Jenny Packham and America’s version of royalty, Bradley Cooper and Suki Waterhouse, arriving at the White House.
