One of my most-loved, most-worn, and most-favorite coats (camel, with an asymmetrical fur collar) is from Nicolas Ghesquière’s Fall 2005 collection for Balenciaga, and I have kept it in steady rotation ever since. I wish I had all of them, but especially the white and navy ones—I would wear the hell out of them.

The dévoré velvet dresses from Junya Watanabe’s Fall 2012 collection were crazy good. I managed to snag one in dark blue on The Outnet for a really good price and have been trying to get my hands on more of them ever since. I’m still gutted that I missed the red one with puff sleeves on eBay recently—if only I could turn back the hands of time and bid again!

I already have more coats than I need, but this Victoria Beckham topper from Fall 2013 marries my love of traditional Savile Row fabrics with a pop of the unexpected—in this case, electric blue calf hair. It’s also the perfect coat to go from day to night with a quick change underneath.

Even though it wasn’t actually that long ago, I will always be nostalgic for Nicolas Ghesquière’s first collection for Louis Vuitton (Fall 2014). Freja walking out in that leather coat with the strong orange collar, knee boots, mini Vuitton box bag . . . I so badly wanted to be that girl. I still sort of do!

I have never met a Céline bag that I didn’t like, but until I win Powerball, I have to pick and choose which of Phoebe Philo’s bags I wind up taking home with me. Back during Resort 2012, Céline delivered the perfect drawstring bucket bag, beating Mansur Gavriel to the punch and providing me with a fashion phantom to chase for the past four years. I’ve looked everywhere, from eBay to consignment shops to the Woodbury Common outlet. Recently, they released an updated Seau bag sans drawstring, and I suppose I could invest in that, but nothing beats the original.
