“I work out with a low ponytail to avoid any creases, so I can literally run out of the gym without straightening it. A bit of Klorane Dry Shampoo at the roots can make me look a little less of a mess, then I leave [the hair] out and see what happens!”

“I go for something totally simple: twist my hair into a tight bun!”

“Sweat paired with a dent or hair tie mark straight through the center of your mane after a hard workout is the worst—especially when the line for the showers is too long, and your next casting starts in 30 minutes. My secret is that I use a seamless ribbon hair tie, rather than a standard elastic, to avoid marks completely. Second, I do a quick spray of Klorane Gentle Dry Shampoo, and then a spritz of Oribe texture spray. Shake your head like a Polaroid picture—while also blaring ‘Hey Ya’ by OutKast—and you’re ready to go!”

“I love a pair of French plaits, which look good during your workout and then on the street after. And Oribe Dry Texturizing Spray is the best for cleaning up a bit while giving it that nice, gritty texture.”

“Depending on how pressed I am for time, after an intense workout, I do a quick rinse to let my natural curls form, then throw my hair into a messy bun until I can wash and condition it the way I need to.”
