Inside Nordstrom and Bite Studios’ Ultra-Swank NYFW Dinner at Eleven Madison Park

The latest in a long line of ultra-cool brands to come out of Sweden? Bite Studios. Founded by Veronika Kant and William Lundgren, the label—an acronym for By Independent Thinkers for Environmental Progress—is based in Stockholm, so when they arrived in New York for Fashion Week, Norstrom rolled out the red carpet with a dinner at Eleven Madison Park.
Hosted by Bites’s co-founder, William Lundgren, Nordstrom’s women’s fashion director, Rickie De Sole, and founder of Gogoluxe, Ramya Giangola, the dinner centered around a six-course, plant-based tasting menu.
Leandra Medine Cohen, Chloe Wise, Madelynn Furlong Hudson, Waris Ahluwalia, and Marina Larroude were among the dinner partygoers who were pleased to get to know the label a bit more over a lovely meal during a week notorious for de-prioritizing, relaxed, languorous meals.
