Paris Fashion Week starts with new names: Telfar and Rokh, followed by Marine Serre, Coperni, Koché, Ottolinger, and more. These new (or newish) boundary-pushing designers are bringing a different perspective to a week dominated by mega brands with mega events, from Saint Laurent to Virginie Viard’s third collection for Chanel.
