“I did a juice cleanse once—the two most horrible days I’ve ever had,” Teisbaek says with a laugh. “But I learned that a glass of lemon water is the best way to rehydrate in the morning.” A self-described “half vegetarian,” she says boiled eggs are “quick, easy, and a great way to make sure I get enough protein.”

While her skin is still damp from the shower, Teisbaek applies Danish organic line Tromborg’s lavender-and-rose-scented Aromatherapy Body Oil, as well as Raaw in a Jar’s Eye Love, a coffee bean–infused treatment that perks up puffy eyes. “It’s a cure for jet lag, hangovers, and dark circles,” she says. “Efficient!” Also in her bathroom: Le Labo’s Santal Eau de Parfum, Raaw in a Jar’s Rosehip Face Oil, and Anastasia Beverly Hills’s Perfect Brow Pencil.

While she’s never worn a lot of makeup, Teisbaek swears by Anastasia Beverly Hills eyebrow pencil because it creates “delicious bushy brows that still look natural.” The pop of red that plays off her sweater comes courtesy of MAC Lip Pencil in Ruby Woo, while her signature waves result from twisting hair in a bun in the morning and then shaking it out.

Teisbaek’s evening routine includes taking off her makeup with Rodial Glamtox Cleansing Balm (“It really makes your skin glow”), followed by a dab of Raaw in a Jar’s Blue Beauty Drops—and two relaxing treats: a sleeping mask filled with dried lavender and Patti Smith’s memoir, Just Kids.
