Is Snapchat the New Stand-Up? Inline

Crosson is famous for his spot-on impersonation of President Obama. While the comedian is a prolific poster on Twitter, Instagram, and Vine, it’s on Snapchat where he treats his fans to off-the-cuff stories that are just as funny as a stand-up’s confessional monologue.

When Furlan failed to make it big as an actress after first moving to Hollywood, she started messing around on Vine and has now become one of the most followed women on that platform, as well as Snapchat. Her compact, silly videos frequently feature one of her tiny dogs looking confused.

McCarthy’s shrill voice recalls Sarah Silverman’s babylike pitch. While it’s led some to think the Snapchat star is younger than she really is (her Twitter description reads “I’m older than I sound”), her high voice can be particularly hilarious when it’s dubbed over a Donald Trump clip.

Hopkins is a reporter by day and social media star by night. Her short clips and Snapchat stories poke fun at things most of us deal with every day, like trying to look good while exercising and the shame we feel when we’re judged by Netflix.

Okay, so the former governor of California isn’t exactly a comedian. But his Snapchats while attending major conferences and film festivals around the world are actually hilarious. Trust us.
