Photos: Ten Best Dressed: July 18, 2011
While there was nothing uniform about silhouettes this week (although we did love all of the belted, floor-sweeping summer dresses), it was the colors and prints that made these ten looks stand out, especially the power of pretty, vintage polka dots, the femininity of soft floral patterns, and the impact made by an unexpected color like creamy lavender or a rich, tomato-based red.
