Photos: The Social Shopper: Patch Perfection

When I say the word patchwork, what do you see? If it’s a well-worn quilt or a pair of scarecrow’s overalls, allow me to paint you a brand-new picture. From a fashion standpoint, patchwork has been modernized (as seen here with this incredible pair of denim pants worn by Marie Hindkær Wolthers on We the People), but there is another reason you should incorporate it into your repertoire: It can go with anything. Despite its patterned DNA, it has a chameleon-like quality, seamlessly blending with everything from stripes, to patterns, to animal prints.
