2011, it can be said, was the year of the social shopper. Like clockwork, every week, we took inspiration from an endless stream of expert style-spotting websites, selected an image to feature, and then searched the Internet for looks to highlight in our Social Shopper feature. Most importantly, though, we relied on you, our readers, to chime in via Facebook and Twitter and share with us any items we might have missed. You responded in droves—and we loved the feedback. Now, as we welcome the arrival of a new year, we want to give a proper send-off to the old by thanking the bloggers who are the raison d’être for these posts and the readers for always keeping it social.
