    First Show: 1999
    “What I remember is that I got in early. I was the first one there and the first thing I did was hair. They had very long, stick-straight hair for the show that year. It was Karen Mulder, Laetitia Casta, Stephanie Seymour—all the biggest girls—and it was a big thing for me [to do the show]. I really wanted to be a part of it and it was like a dream come true for me to do it—one I’m still living now!”

    First Show: 2000
    “When I first did my show in 2000, I remember that all the outfits were very, very small! There were barely any wings, compared to what you see now—they had tiny little gold wings. It was cute, but now the outfits are so much more elaborate; they’re bigger and bolder and more exciting. There were also way more top models back then and all my muses were there.”

    First Show: 2005
    “[I felt] such a plethora of emotions—from the thrill of being a part of this show to the butterflies in my stomach. Walking with the models I grew up admiring was so surreal. I will [always] be ever so thankful to Victoria’s Secret for this opportunity. Walking the show gives you visibility like no other and it definitely opened so many doors for me.”
