“I’m shamelessly incorporating performancewear into my day looks in 2016: There is just too much cute activewear out there to only wear it to the gym. And at nighttime, I’ll be daring with a proper heel: I think we can all dare a bit more to shine! “2015 was a big year for fashion. The runways went haute—but not haughty—for streetwear, from Yeezy to Vetements, prompting the majority of my minimal wardrobe to be offset by a hoodie. However, for the year ahead, I’m thinking slightly more tailored. While I’ll still incorporate lo-fi pieces here and there, I think that 2016 will be streamlined and sleek with subdued elegance. I’m also looking forward to adding a touch more color and print to provide contrast through some new labels I’ve been quietly buying like Atea Oceanie, Fear of God, and Trapstar. And while my style motto will be the same as this year’s, here’s hoping I discover if blonds do have more fun.”

“Confession: I tried to fight it, I really did. I even put it in writing, but I think I’m slowing becoming a Belieber, so in 2016 I resolve to be a fearless Gypsy Sport girl. Designer Rio Uribe doesn’t look back, why should any of us? I might even wear Gypsy Sport and these shoes to Justin Bieber’s 2016 Purpose tour! I found them on Instagram @brotherxparis and immediately showed Jorden Bickham, who styled them on Xiao Wen Ju with Gypsy Sport! Truly made my heart skip a sartorial beat.
