After 12 days of men’s shows, we’ve finally come to the end of part one of the fashion marathon. An important lesson learned this season is that it’s not just Gen Z types who are channeling their inner Emily in Paris and sporting a beret; all manner of street stylers are choosing this very French essential to keep warm. And it’s necessary for a reason: Whether in denim, wool, or even fur, the chapeau always looks très chic.
While it used to be that no one wore white after Labor Day, rules were made to be broken, and in Europe winter whites managed to brighten up the streets even on the cloudiest days. It was cold and rainy in London, Milan, and Paris, but attendees took it as an opportunity to show off their most opulent shearlings and eye-catching garments, like Yu Masui’s bold flame print. Scroll through to discover nine standout street style trends from the fall 2025 menswear shows below.
Oui, Oui!
A beret is a classic for a reason! As the saying goes, when in Paris…do as the French do.
A Hot Fit
Yu Masui is probably used to hearing that his fits are fire, hence his flame-print scarf this Paris Fashion Week.
From camouflage to Pharrell’s damouflage, there’s a military-inspired trend going around street style, but as Rei Kawakubo put it so well, “To hell with war.”
A Brooch a Day
The men’s brooch fad that took over the red carpets last year shows no signs of dying down. At the fall 2025 menswear shows, street stylers sported this subtle yet impactful accessory. One showgoer even committed to the look by embroidering a jacket with multiple pieces of bling.
Crash and Burn
Every season we see a new denim trend come out of street style, and this time around it’s all about a distressed look. Two key details are important: Jeans must be as baggy and loose as you can handle, and they need to look well worn in too.
Shoulder Weather
Maybe it’s Saint Laurent, or maybe it’s Travis Kelce, but this season we saw coats and jerseys get the power touch.
The Warm and Fuzzies
The latest street style craze is dressing in your coziest Carmela Soprano–inspired coat.
Winter Whites
Who says you can’t wear white after Labor Day? Surely not these fabulous street stylers at the fall 2025 menswear shows.
Cabincore
From wearing cozy Fair Isle sweaters to lumberjack flannels, dressing like you’re headed to a weekend retreat upstate just might be the key to looking good and staying warm this fashion season.
