Looking like the most glamorous fembots, Lauder lovelies Kendall Jenner, Joan Smalls and Constance Jablonski posed for photos in sixties-style Courrèges minidresses last night in Paris. The iconic French brand hosted an intimate dinner at their headquarters on the Rue François 1er to celebrate the launch of their capsule makeup collection with Estée Lauder. Jablonski paired her A-line minidress with fantastical swirling eye makeup from the collaboration. One would have thought it would be hard to outdo the exaggerated cat eye she wore walking in the Mugler show earlier that day, but she certainly succeeded.
A single large, rectangular lucite table was set in the Pop Art style for which the brand is famous with circular mirrored menus on each place setting. Social stalwarts mingled with the models. Noor Fares was excited to see that Jablonski paired her Courrèges ensemble with Fares s moonstone jewelry. Miroslava Duma arrived after a long day of shows, appointments, and childcare—she brought both her toddler son and her newborn daughter to Paris (between shows you can find her on the playground at the Parc Monceau). Aurélie Bidermann preemptively worked off her dinner by taking five flights of stairs instead of the elevator, while Alexia Niedzielski made a brief appearance before heading off to the Charlotte Olympia dinner.
That event, to celebrate the British designer s new collection, didn t disappoint. The setup at Caviar Kaspia was a stiletto-lover s fantasy, as Charlotte Dellal presented adorable miniatures of her collection personalized with each guest s name. The evening began with a rosé champagne reception attended by _Vogue _s Hamish Bowlesand**Mario Testino.** Also among this chic coterie: Giambattista Valli, Sam Rollinson, Caroline Issa, Roland Mouret, and Suzy Menkes. Guests enjoyed a salad of king crab and crayfish, before tucking into a gorgeous offering of pearl-sized caviar. As the night progressed, everyone seemed loath to leave, and not even one member of the party clicked her heels to go home.
