Dior Lady Art Celebrates in Los Angeles

The holiday season was definitely in full swing last night on the present-lined, twinkle-lit streets of Beverly Hills, where near the iconic corner of Wilshire Boulevard and Rodeo Drive Dior unveiled its latest pop-up venture, Dior Lady Art. Outside, just steps away from its permanent Los Angeles storefront, the pop-up’s window displays were styled with Dior’s latest collaboration: shapes, patterns, and textiles from the minds of seven American and British contemporary artists, each with his or her own take on the classic Lady Dior bag and other small accessories. But inside, an intimate gathering of the chicest Angelenos celebrated Dior and the boutique. Actress Gillian Jacobs chatted with friends Jaime King and Zosia Mamet (all wearing Dior, of course), while across the room Zoey Deutch, Destry Spielberg, and Odeya Rush posed for pictures with their own Lady Dior bags (each with a different artistic take from the collection).

After toasting the pop-up with Champagne, guests headed just a few blocks away to continue celebrating at Spago, where they were joined by Los Angeles regulars Katherine Ross, Elizabeth Stewart, and Eric Buterbaugh and enjoyed a dinner of filet mignon and sea bass topped off with an endless pour of rosé. The perfect recipe to welcome Dior and its latest venture to Los Angeles.
