The Hadid family has a long history of shopping each other’s closets, and it’s not just limited to Bella and Gigi. Little brother Anwar recently got in on the fun when he stepped out carrying a Goyard bag as a “murse” (that’d be male purse). As for Anwar’s siblings, they swap everything from combat boots to statement coats, including a leopard-print chubby that, for the record, Bella says was hers first. Now, Gigi is doing her part to reap the sartorial benefits of sisterhood by test-driving a blush-pink shearling overcoat from Kith x Iro that was first seen on Bella back in November.
They each put their own unique spin on the style: While Bella paired hers with all-black base layers, Gigi took a lighter approach in washed-out cropped jeans from Sandro Paris and a simple T-shirt. Her pants boasted a flirty front-zipper closure and frayed hems that hit at the right place to put a pair of Stuart Weitzman clingy boots on display. But Gigi’s outerwear wasn’t the only recycled item in the mix—she also added a pop of color with the same Poppy Lissiman sunglasses that Bella took to London last fall. Her best accessory, though, had to be the large Givenchy shopping bag. Gigi’s been on something of a shopping spree lately, having spent an afternoon at Prada on Monday. We’re willing to wager that the new goods will appear on at least one of the Hadids before the month is up.
