Protein was the wellness craze of 2025. Whether in food, powdered, or liquid form, it seems like everybody was talking about how to hit their goal of 30 grams (or more) a day. Apparently, the fervor even made it to the Bieber family. Celebrities! They really are just like us, with macros they wanna hit too.

Earlier today, Justin shared a video captioned “sushi cheffin date night,” where the couple was learning how to make their own sushi. While the ahi tuna itself is a great form of protein (22 grams per 100 gram serving!), it was the products lined up in the background that got fans talking. Amid a collection of products spotted on the black marble countertop, there was a wellness tableau: Vitamins, supplements, a protein powder, and an electrolyte mix. Both the protein powder and electrolyte mix come from wellness-influencer Ballerina Farm’s eponymous brand.

It makes sense—Justin has been battling Lyme since 2020, while Hailey is a young mother and fan of the intense-burn and muscle-sculpting pilates. Hitting your protein goals is key to feeling good. The nutrient helps with hormonal regulation, muscle building and retention, as well as gives you energy throughout the day.

Electrolytes, on the other hand, can be a bit more unusual for those not in the wellness-know. “Electrolytes are lost daily through sweat, urine, and other bodily functions,” registered dietician and wellness advisor for The Lanby, Taylor Fazio, MS, RD, SPN, previously told Vogue. “In situations involving heavy sweating, illness, travel, or fatigue, a high-quality electrolyte drink can help restore electrolytes quickly and effectively.”

Cheers—twice—to that.
