“Here’s my trick,” she continued. “Right before I go to sleep, I take the Avène Cicalfate and put it all over my lips. Then, I’ll take our lip treatment and slug it right on top of the Cicalfate. In the morning, I’ll take a warm rag and gently buff off all of the dead skin.” In the morning, rise and shine with plump and moisturized lips.
“Lips really do need skincare ingredients,” Bieber adds. Mystery, solved.
