Is Kourtney Kardashian taking cues from her sister Kim? It seems so—at least when it come to her summer style. Last night, while out and about in Los Angeles, the eldest Kardashian sister, who has been working with stylist Dani Michelle, stepped out in a light burgundy Area leather tube dress with a pair of strappy sandals. Just a year ago at the Spring 2018 Tom Ford show, KKW sported a similar version in clingy black patent leather.
The tube dress may be this summer’s sexiest go-to. (The body-cinching silhouette is far more provocative than a slip dress.) After all, its cool minimalism evokes the mid to late ’90s, as seen at Tom Ford’s Gucci. In fact, a similar dress was worn by Naomi Campbell at the Spring 1997 show. Victoria Beckham in her Posh Spice days was often seen in a black one. As for Kourtney? The radiant red hue gave the look a modern touch that felt perfect for a night out.
