Tonight, Lady Gaga hit the 2025 Grammys stage with Bruno Mars, to sing a special tribute to the city of Los Angeles in the aftermath of the wildfires (in a gauzy Valentino dress, no less). Before the ceremony kicked off, however, the superstar hit the red carpet in a striking leather jacket and full ball skirt by Australia-Taiwanese designer Samuel Lewis—after all, Mother Monster is the queen of gothic glamour. But it was her head-turning jewelry that held an interesting backstory.
Wearing jewels by Tiffany Co., Gaga wore the label’s archival necklace designed by Meta Overbeck under the direction of Louis Comfort. The gold style dates back to the early 1930s and is finished with tourmaline, pearl, and onyx. Gaga punctuated the look with yellow gold and platinum earrings with yellow and white diamonds, as well as a Jean Schlumberger by Tiffany Co. Sixteen Stone ring featuring diamonds and tsavorites.
It s not the first time Gaga has worn a piece of Tiffany Co. jewelry with provenance. Fans will remember back in 2019 when the singer donned the yellow Tiffany diamond to the Oscars, which is valued at over $30 million, and includes over 100 carats of white diamonds. But tonight s Grammy s was certainly an occasion for a show-stopping accent: Gaga recently announced that she will release her seventh studio album, Mayhem, in March, following the release of her lead single, “Disease.” And if the red carpet fashions look this good in the lead-up to its grand release, we cannot wait for what comes next.
