Ciao! Milan Fashion Week is here. The digitally focused schedule is stacked with brands on the half-hour, starting with Missoni, Alberta Ferretti, and Kim Jones’s highly-anticipated ready-to-wear debut for Fendi.
The co-ed Fashion Week includes other MFW veterans like Moschino, Max Mara, and Marni, in addition to new talents, like former Gucci designer Daniel Del Core. On Thursday, Raf Simons and Miuccia Prada will show their second Prada women’s collection as a pair, set for 2 p.m. CET (live-streamed here on Vogue Runway at 8 a.m. EST). Also on the schedule: combined men’s and women’s collections from Emporio Armani and Salvatore Ferragamo, an intimate Valentino runway show, and Dolce Gabbana’s digital finale.
Who isn’t on the lineup? A few major players: Bottega Veneta, Gucci, Jil Sander, and Versace. Donatella Versace confirmed a post-MFW launch date of March 5, and Jil Sander’s Luke and Lucie Meier will show their collection on March 7. Dates for Bottega Veneta and Gucci are still TBD.
While some local editors and buyers will see these collections up close in appointments and small shows, most of us will be watching from home. Scroll through the entire Milan Fashion Week schedule below, and be sure to download the Vogue Runway app for the latest updates.
