Welcome to the Hot List! A monthly column from fashion sourcer extraordinaire Gab Waller. As a professional personal shopper to some of the best-dressed girls—she gets about 100 requests a day to track down hard-to-find wares!—Waller spends her days sourcing the most in-demand fashion and accessories. Each month, and exclusively for Vogue, she’ll deliver a cheat sheet of all the pieces she recommends you scoop up before it’s too late and the most dreaded three words in online shopping (“out of stock”) appear. “This is a world in which I live and breathe,” Waller says. “I get to be a ‘fashion detective’ day in and day out, and I have eyes and ears all over the globe.” Let the fashion snooping begin!
We’re entering the busiest month of the year in Gab Waller world, with requests at their peak. This is by far the most exciting month for me, with holiday requests coming in strong across every category. Shoes, handbags, accessories, and ready-to-wear—we are going to cover it all in this month’s column.
November’s Hot List:
There are days, which I would say are some of my favorite work days, where I find it almost impossible to step away from my laptop and finish sourcing for the day. ‘Just five more minutes’ is what I’ll tell myself. There is truly no better feeling than finding the item my client has requested, I will deep dive to every corner of the internet (and earth!) to find it. Some of those pieces I have included below, ready for you to secure right away.
In addition to some rare gems, I’ve included a number of holiday party must-haves as we;;. The perfect satin clutch courtesy of Saint Laurent (who were just voted the #1 hottest brand for Q3 2025 by Lyst!), the dreamiest party dress from Celine, and the only holiday heels you will want to be wearing all season long.

New Balance x Miu Miu 530 SL suede and mesh sneakers
Just when we thought we had retired the 530s, Miu Miu drops Periwinkle Blue with Coco Gauff and we’re all sprinting back. The cult sneaker of the past year, reimagined, refreshed, and ready for another lap. Sizes keep popping up online but they do go quick.
SRG Carinnthia Cardigan
I was lucky enough to attend the launch of Sofia Richie Grainge’s latest venture, SRG Atelier, and it’s every bit as refined as you’d imagine. Each piece exudes quiet luxury, but what impressed me most was the craftsmanship. The Carinnthia Cardigan is at the very top of my wishlist, the kind of piece you’ll wear all season and still reach for many years to come.
Alaïa Ballet Flats in Merino Shearling
If there’s one thing I’ll always be drawn to for this time of the year, it’s shearling, and Alaïa gets it right every time. These double-faced merino ballet flats take everything I love about the texture and give it an unexpected edge. Bonus points that they also come in chocolate brown!
Saint Laurent Shearling Icare
The shearling love affair continues, this time with Saint Laurent’s newest rendition of their cult-favorite Icare. The shearling blew up my DMs and it’s not hard to see why. It’s the ultimate cozy-meets-luxury travel bag, perfect for airport jaunts and winter escapes alike.
Phoebe Philo Bombe Sunglasses
When Phoebe Philo dropped the Bombe sunglasses, it was only a matter of time before they disappeared. The queen of quiet power dressing has done it again, reviving that unmistakable Philo energy that we have all missed since her Céline days. Naturally, they’re already sold out (because anything Phoebe touches, is) but I am hearing word of a restock. If you find a pair, grab them whilst you can.
Loewe Draped jacket
Loewe’s draped jackets have been everywhere this year (and for good reason) but lately this particular colorway has been at the top of my requests folder. Call me biased but you know I can’t resist a good baby blue!
SRG Atelier Suede Trouser
So good that it gets a double mention in this month’s column! Another one of my favorite styles from Sofia Richie Grainge’s debut brand, these buttery soft sage green pants are the perfect suede pair to wear from day to night.
Real Fine Studio Heirloom Signet In Spice
If you’re stuck on the perfect upcoming holiday gift idea, I’ve got you! No stranger to my Hot List is Real Fine Studio. The jewelry brand that has exploded in popularity over the past 12 months, and most recently, is now available to shop on Moda Operandi! My top pick? Their newest colorway in their iconic Heirloom Signet, Spice.
Jil Sander Lace Trimmed Satin Midi Skirt
Jil Sander knew what they were doing when they were designing this style. Already displaying ‘last piece’ and ‘sold out’ across multiple sizes, this is the one to jump on now! Wear it with thigh-high boots for a sexy take on a classic midi skirt.
Jimmy Choo Lula 100 Crystal Embellished Satin Sandal Red
I haven’t personally seen a more perfect holiday shoe, until now! Introducing Jimmy Choose’s Lula satin sandal in a festive red, the style is decorated with bow accents and crystal-embellished straps. It’s a piece that’ll have you sorted for every holiday party this season. Consider yourself warned: they’re going to sell out quickly.
Saint Laurent Satin Clutch In Blue
A style that was produced in multiple colorways (including in orange and black), this is the go-to clutch you will want to secure now for upcoming holiday events. I could go as far to say that this is the best evening clutch on the market at present. Saint Laurent was voted the #1 hottest brand for Q3 according to Lyst.
Bottega Veneta Large Hop In Pony
Bottega Veneta is certainly no stranger to my sourcing requests, with consistent demand weekly. This month, my focus has shifted to their classic Hop bag in pony. Already showing last one in stock, who will be the lucky person to secure it?
Prada Dada Small Nappa Leather Bag
The Prada bag that I have personally been wearing nonstop. When I posted it on my Instagram Stories, responses all noted how chic it was. The shoulder strap is the perfect length, and I love the narrow belt that creates soft folds and tucks in the shape. Best of all, it fits a lot!
Celine Mini Dress
This has to be one of the most perfect holiday dresses that I have personally seen for the month ahead. Effortlessly chic and a staple designed to be worn endlessly for years to come.
Loewe Draped Tote
With the ongoing success of their draped jacket (featured above), Loewe cleverly turned this design into a handbag. Aptly titled the Draped Tote, it’s available now in black and a dark chestnut. An excellent everyday piece if you ask me!
Dries Van Noten Humila Skirt
Dries Van Noten for the holiday season is, in my opinion, a must. Julian Klausner’s first fall collection is every bit of festive fun, and the pieces are definitely designed to be seen—especially at night. Their newest Humila skirt is equal parts chic and wearable, easily styled with the matching button-up for a sophisticated evening look.
Bottega Veneta Andiamo Clutch Shearling
The Andiamo clutch now available in shearling? Consider me (and many clients in my DMs!) sold. This clutch has trended heavily throughout 2025 and I do not see that slowing down as they continue to release new colors and textures. It does not get any better than this!
Bottega Veneta Astaire Loafer Fondant
As you will hear me say often, I know a sold out style when I see one. Bottega Veneta’s newest shearling loafer is high up on my radar, having just launched and sizes already showing low in stock. A rarity with shearling loafers is that this pair are designed to be worn outside—a cozy indulgence you won’t regret.
Dôen Iona Silk Shorts In Black
Sound the alarms, your favorite (and sold out) shorts by Dôen are now available in black! Currently showing in a full size range, I personally see it styled with tights and various cashmere cardigans for the cooler months ahead. An easy add-to-cart moment.

Finishing with a fun new feminine style by Miu Miu, clients have been loving this style in my DMs and I can only see it growing in popularity over the months to come.
This time last week I was arriving back in Los Angeles from a speedy (and fun!) trip to New York. I headed over at the tail end of NYFW and was able to catch the Tory Burch show (SS26 can not come quick enough!) and attended the Vogue Business 100 Innovators list celebration. It has been a dream of mine, for as long as I can remember, to be named on the list so it was truly a moment I’ll never forget.

I’m feeling really excited for this month’s column, as there are a number of seasonal trends that stand out. From funnel-neck jackets to leopard prints, a whole assortment of lace, and of course, lots and lots of suede. I’ve included below a number of pieces from all of these categories. Let’s jump into it.
Calvin Klein Parker Wool Jacket
I’ve got a close eye on Calvin Klein Collection and am excited for what is to come. It oozes every ounce of chic, especially their Parker wool jacket that is already showing sold out across various sizes. The structured silhouette is chef’s kiss.
The Row Round Ballet Flats
The Row does it again, introducing another pair of unbelievably comfortable ballet flats, and this time in velvet! The taupe color gives a unique edge to the classic ballet flat style. These will most definitely be a sold out style.
Khaite Kye Pencil Case
Leopard, leopard, and even more leopard! We are going to be seeing a lot of it this fall, I am here and ready for it! Khaite’s Kye leopard clutch has a unique horizontal design, making it a distinctive piece to add into your wardrobe this season.
Manolo Blahnik Leva 105 Sandals
A Manolo Blahnik style that has been popping off in my DMs. We first received a request for them on the 17th of September, we then posted the image in our Finds series on Instagram, and the DMs went wild. A classic style that is both timeless and versatile.
Gucci Softbit Maxi Bag
The Gucci bag that has exploded in my DMs over the past two weeks. A popular runway style that had everyone buzzing, and that excitement has now translated through to its release. The pink and white have been the most popular and requested, with the green coming in as a close third.
Alaïa 90 Thong Sandals
There truly is nothing better than Alaïa and its footwear. This season, all eyes are on their irresistibly comfortable velvet thong sandals. Produced in two heel heights, I tried these on whilst in New York and did not want to take them off. If your size is showing available, now is the time to jump on them.
Celine Mohair and Wool Sweater
I’m sensing a very popular Celine ready-to-wear style here. Their newest sweater, produced in three shades, I’m trusting will be an instant hit—the brand’s RTW has that effect. My bet is on the baby pink.
Khaite Jett Skirt
I personally purchased this skirt whilst I was in New York and it is the perfect suede mini to snap up. I may go as far to say that if you’re looking to purchase one suede piece for your fall wardrobe, let it be this skirt. The styling opportunities are endless. PS: It runs true to size and sits perfectly on the hip.
Gucci Silk Satin Dress
A runway style that was recently spotted on Devon Lee Carlson, produced in the most beautiful silk satin pink. We are about to see lace everywhere for fall, and Gucci has come out strong with a number of styles that are selling out quickly. I’ll admit, I couldn’t resist snapping this one up for myself!
Jacquemus Cropped Leather Jacket
While funnel-neck jackets are trending (more on that below), as part of my research into these jackets, I discovered this new style by Jacquemus that caught my attention. The rounded neck line offers a unique touch, and let me warn you now, each size is showing as Last Piece.
Saint Laurent Long Sleeve Top
Saint Laurent and lace go hand-in-hand. A top pick of the season is their long-sleeve top in noir, this is the style that you can buy now and will still be wearing many years to come.
Bottega Veneta Rosa Ballerina Flats
Although the Rosa ballerina by Bottega Veneta is not new, their newest smooth leather styles are—previously, they came in the intrecciato weave only. My clients have been loving this almond-toe flat and the requests have been flowing in, most recently from a client based in New Zealand; I always love when styles pop off globally. Immensely comfortable and ever so chic, it’s an easy add-to-cart moment.
Jacquemus Mocassins Suede Mules
We all collectively need a go-to suede mule for fall, and from my research, this style by Jacquemus is not one to dwell on—we are going to see sold out sizes very soon. At a great price point for an everyday mule, and produced in the softest pale yellow, it’s an immediate (and very easy!) yes.
Gucci Floral Lace Tulle Bodysuit
Not one but two Gucci lace pieces had to make it into this month’s column, sizes are selling extremely fast and I couldn’t not warn you all. The detachable elasticated belt may be my favorite finishing touch, the perfect amount of subtle Gucci branding.
Alaïa Boudoir 90 Mules
A very fun shearling style for this season ahead, we first teased these on our Instagram in our Offered By series and they ranked in the top 3 most asked about styles. Butter yellow continues to maintain its popularity, that is not slowing down any time soon.
Saint Laurent Printed Skirt
There seems to be skirt mania throughout this month’s column, but the data doesn’t lie—it’s what’s trending this month. If you’ve been on the hunt for the ideal leopard pencil skirt, your answer is here. It’s 100% silk and has an elastic waistband. I’m spotting ‘Only 1 left’ across all sizes—run!
Khaite Sue Jacket
Another Khaite must-have for the season ahead. Worn with or without the coordinating skirt, it’s designed for a relaxed fit that tapers at the hem and has wide sleeves, I’m expecting to see ‘sold out’ very soon. I particularly like the tan color way, it’s a gentle move away from the classic chocolate brown.
Saint Laurent Amalia Slingback Pumps
Spotted on both Morgan Stewart and Hailey Bieber within the past week, I’m prepared and ready for the requests to ramp up as sizes continue to sell out. For the fashion-forward buyer, this style features an ultra-pointy toe in a glossy patent leather.
The Row Carla 80 Pumps
New and certainly noteworthy, The Row’s Carla style is now here in velvet for fall. A classic style that is loved by many, the velvet brings us straight into fall and holiday—I don’t expect sizes to be around for long!
Magda Butrym Oversized Leather Bomber Jacket
Finishing with the outerwear style of the moment, the funnel-neck jacket is here and it’s a must-have. It’s trending heavily at multiple designers, and you can’t go wrong with this new burgundy style from Magda Butrym. A delicious buttery leather designed for an oversized fit, it exudes confidence in every way.

For the month of August, I’m bringing to you a number of pieces that I anticipate will increase in demand over the coming month. There are ‘snap them up now’ warnings on multiple of these pieces (hint: these loafers!), I know a sold out style when I see one. Let’s dive into it.
Dôen Claudie Ruffled Cardigan
If I had a graph to showcase the immense increase in demand for all things Dôen, it is safe to say that it would be off the charts–literally! It peaked this summer, and I expect to see it continue well into fall, with their Claudie cardigan leading the charge. It is quintessential Dôen, with a ruffled neckline that adds the sweetest touch.

Trust me when I say you are going to want to pre-order these. You can’t say I didn’t warn you. With sourcing requests already coming through for them, it is easy to see why: they really are the most perfect thong sandal, produced in both black and the most beautiful beige gray color.

Sound the alarms, the loafer is back! The one that both took the world and my DM’s by storm, and dubbed the ‘impossible to locate’ style. As I type this, I’m seeing ‘1 size left’ across an almost full size range. I can’t guarantee that will remain. Run whilst they last!

The baby version of the iconic Icare is here. Produced in both suede and black leather, this style was first spotted on Zoë Kravitz and caused immediate interest. The suede, most recently, was spotted on Bella Hadid and I received several sourcing requests same day. It’s available now and is the perfect go-to mini bag for fall.

Speaking of edgy, Miu Miu’s latest satin bra top screams it. I can see this style gaining momentum and increasing in interest over the next month. For those that love a touch of uniqueness, this one is for you. I particularly like how the model shown has styled it!

There is something so incredibly chic about Prada’s newest micro-branded jackets. I have a strong prediction that we will be seeing this style everywhere come fall. Produced in three colorways–gray, astro (blue), and pink–not only is the fit itself a 10/10, but the delicacy of the logo placement is very much a ‘if you know, you know’ style.
Prada Antiqued Leather Pumps
Prada’s newest antiqued leather pumps caused quite the stir on social media, for very good reason. Featuring visible stitching and raw cut edges that have been intentionally left unfinished, the style has been produced in four colors, and two heel heights. Dolce Gabbana is no stranger in my sourcing requests, with various styles popping up in the DMs throughout the seasons. For fall, my prediction is on these shorts (with the matching jacket) being one of the first to have ‘sold out’ alongside them. Following suit with the matching jacket immediately after, this is not only a versatile piece, but one that will never date and that you can treasure forever. We know how strongly I stand on investment purchases and cost per wear, and this jacket is one of them. These shorts, with the matching blazer, black tights, and black pumps = all I want to be wearing this coming fall.

I love seeing a unique spin on a classic style, and these Balmain boots caught my eye immediately for that exact reason. Oozing every ounce of edginess and fun (which is what I’m seeing a lot of requests for at present), I’m not surprised to see some sizes already sold out.

In the sourcing world we constantly have one foot rooted in the present, and the other five steps ahead. Pre-fall fashion is top of mind, and this month I’ll be focusing on the must-have pieces for the upcoming season. From a pair of clogs that caught my attention immediately, to suede’s continued dominance, and of course, a Miu Miu shoe style that has taken the lead as my most requested—there is a lot to unpack here!

Butter yellow continues to dominate as the color of the season (or better yet, the year) and it won’t be slowing down any time soon. These aren’t a seasonal piece, you will be able to wear them year round. It’s a yes from me!
Loewe Puzzle Biker Small Leather Tote Bag
We recently posted this bag on our Instagram to gauge interest, and I was certainly not surprised to see there was instant demand. Net-a-Porter recently put together a timeline of their most wanted pieces from 2000 to today (it’s a great read!), and guess what received the number one spot for 2025? The Puzzle Bag!
Loro Piana Fishnet Ballet Flats Gold
Loro Piana put its own spin on the fishnet ballet flat, and I am very much here for it! The metallic gold is a fun take on the classic style, and I personally love how it has been styled on the model. This outfit is the ideal pre-fall look. With low-in-stock already showing, now is the time to jump on these.
The Row Didion Woven Shoulder Bag
Woven bags, of all shapes and sizes, are trending heavily at the moment and I’m confident that will continue well into the next season. The Row is leading the trend, with their various woven styles that they recently released. A new one is the Didion style, produced in black (ready to secure now) and white (coming very soon).
Khaite Clogs
Clogs for pre-fall and beyond? It’s happening! I let out an audible gasp (a.k.a love at first sight!) when I spotted the newest Britt 25 style by Khaite. With Miu Miu also tapping into and producing clogs for fall, I expect other designers to follow. I’m in no way surprised that these are already showing low stock.
Khaite Sybil 40 Leather Ankle Boots
In my opinion, Khaite are hard to beat when shopping for pre-fall and fall boots. Every single season they are guaranteed to not only release a highly-requested style, but one that is also genuinely comfortable. Their Sybil boot, now available in burgundy, is exactly that.
Saint Laurent Daisy 50 Satin Mules
Speaking of nostalgia, Saint Laurent’s newest Daisy 50 style is oozing every element of vintage. A classic satin mule with the most delicate embellishment, when it comes to footwear Saint Laurent continues to do no wrong. I’m predicting a sold-out style.
Miu Miu Cropped Vest
Another irresistible moment for pre-fall is a two piece fleece set, and courtesy of Miu Miu, I have found the perfect one for this month’s list. We know I like to note a sold-out style when I see one, and with this set, sold-out is guaranteed. Worn together or separately, the styling options are unlimited.
Miu Miu Mini Skirt
I couldn’t leave you hanging without the matching skirt link. An immediate add-to-cart moment and a style that you can wear endlessly as we move into the cooler months. The fleece is the perfect comfort material.
Miu Miu Ivy Camoscio Crochet Bag
Suede is going to dominate throughout both pre-fall and fall, and with this new style from Miu Miu, the crochet detailing is a very sweet finishing touch. Only one is left right now—that surely won’t last for long, consider yourself warned!
Chloé Ruffled Silk Romper
The past couple of Chloé tops that I featured in this column have sold-out, and sourcing requests have been flowing in for them. I expect that to be no different with their newest silk romper. It is quintessential Chloé and I’m envisioning it styled with a very oversized jacket on top, for the cooler nights that are to come. Chloé continues to spike in demand monthly.
The Row Stella Slipper
Get ready, these will be the go-to The Row shoe this coming season ahead, specifically in the Mud colorway. Guaranteed to be the most comfortable shoes hugging your feet. Some sites have them listed as pre-orders, while others have dropped them and they are already showing sold-out or low in stock.
Rene Caovilla Cleo Embellished Leather Sandals
I continue to receive requests for Rene Caovilla, month over month, specifically for their Cleo style. As iconic as they are chic, I personally feel everyone needs a pair of these heels in their wardrobe. They’re a forever style, and this colorway is by far one of the best.
Bottega Veneta Intrecciato Leather-Trimmed Jacket
Pre-fall and Bottega Veneta may be four of my favorite words combined together. With their iconic intrecciato leather collar, a Bottega Veneta leather trimmed jacket is a must-have, abd I truly couldn’t love this style more if I tried.
