Perhaps Vaccarello’s number one muse, Rubik is credited with not only walking the majority of the Vaccarello’s shows but also bringing his designs to the red carpet, as seen with her show-stopping Met Gala looks in 2012 and 2013. Joined at the hip since being introduced by mutual friends, the pair collaborates on more than just catwalk work; Vaccarello has also served as a contributor to Rubik’s annually released publication, 25 Magazine.

Though her girlish looks skew more sweetheart than sexpot, Malaika Firth has made her presence felt on Vaccarello’s runway. The show provides her with an opportunity to vamp it up, and each season she proves herself more than capable.

Before Mica Arganaraz’s tousled curls were in ads for Bottega Veneta and Chanel she was a force on Vaccarello’s catwalk, opening his Fall 2015 show and bringing her tomboy edge to his ultra sexy designs. On occasion, the duo even poses together, as they did last year in the pages of the indie glossy, Vamp.

Nothing beats the return of a familiar face, and in 2014 Vaccarello proved it when he brought back Luca Gajdus to the catwalk. The German beauty has been modeling since her debut at Prada back in 1999 but typically eschews runway unless the moment is going to be special. Vaccarello’s show proved impossible to resist, and Gajdus looked right at home alongside this generation’s modeling It girls.

Though Smalls has only walked Vaccarello’s show a handful of times, the designer has said that he considers her his supermodel muse—And you know what they say about flattery . . .
