Beauty Marks: The Best Beauty Looks of The Week

Beauty Marks is back again: Vogue’s weekly series running you through the best in celebrity beauty each week. Glam team experiments, sculptural hair, makeup risks, and this week, backstage at London Fashion Week.
London Fashion Week is known as the most playful of those on the calendar, from the bold new visions of students from the hallowed design school Central Saint Martins’ show to the grand LFW opener and showman-in-residence Harris Reed. But among these fall 2025 shows, it was in beauty that the most forward-thinking looks were bolstered: look to Di Petsa’s wet looks and snowdrop-encrusted eyelashes, the pure majesty of Richard Quinn’s women, and the headphone hair buns on the dark Venus-like figures of Dilara Findikoglu.
Makeup got maximal too: at the celebrations for the 50th anniversary of SNL, Sarah Sherman accessorized her mullet with a rainbow beaded Susan Alexandra necklace, that in turn matched her fuchsia and baby pink eyeshadow, blush, and lips. Makeup artist Marielle Loubet proposed some fresh and fun new color combos with Dior Beauty. Elsewhere, celebrities looked to their hairstylists for their most fresh and experimental takes. Ariana Grande’s floral sculptural up-do is a true work of art, while Ayra Starr finds short-haired girls do have more fun. Anya Taylor-Joy does her best Holly Golightly cosplay, and Margaret Qualley doubles down on the princess hair with a full set of bangs.
