Sienna Miller and Precious Lee Joined British Vogue and Polo Ralph Lauren For a Quintessentially English Afternoon at Wimbledon

As we enter the second week of Wimbledon, it’s fair to say that tennis fever has gripped the nation. After the Covid-19 pandemic all but wiped out last year’s sporting calendar, the opportunity to watch live sports (with actual spectators) isn’t something we’re taking for granted anymore. The annual tournament kicked off on 28 June, and plenty of high-profile tennis fans have been taking their seats on Centre Court ever since.

From the Duchess of Cambridge to Bridgerton leading lady Phoebe Dynevor – spied in the stands with her American beau, comedian Pete Davidson – celebrities have been making up for lost time on the fashion front, too. With traditional strawberries and cream in one hand and a Pimm’s in the other, spectators will be lapping up every second of the action at the All England Lawn Tennis Club until 11 July.

On Monday, Polo Ralph Lauren and British Vogue’s editor-in-chief Edward Enninful hosted a decadent luncheon to celebrate the start of finals week, with Dynevor’s Bridgerton co-stars Nicola Coughlan and Jonathan Bailey joining model Precious Lee, musician FKA Twigs and Wimbledon regular Sienna Miller, among others, at the table. After lunch, guests were ready to roar on British wildcard hopeful, Emma Raducanu, the rising teenage tennis star who has marked herself out as one to watch. Another bright young thing, Coco Gauff, was also due on the grass courts at SW19 today, along with Wimbledon veterans and crowd favorites, Novak Djokovic and Roger Federer.
