Once guests finally settled into their seats, Hadid ushered co-founder Isaac Ross to the front of the room to join her for a few words. “It’s amazing to see all of these beautiful faces in this room together,” Hadid smiled. “Building this brand and making these pieces with such so much story, love, friendship, and connection behind them means the world to us.”

From the brand’s new retail associates to the design director’s parents who flew in from Seoul, everyone in the Guest In Residence family was honored tonight. “All of you here are a part of our story,” Ross beamed. “It really takes a village, and we are so thankful for all of your support.”

Spreading the love didn’t stop there. In addition to the brand’s partnership with the Sustainable Fibre Alliance, which minimizes environmental impact and ensures the highest quality materials, Guest In Residence will now invite its community to partake in an upcycling program. The take-back initiative will allow customers to return any unwanted 100-percent cashmere items, which will then be regenerated into new yarns in fabrics for future creations.

And because taking care of your cashmere starts at home, everyone was gifted a pair of colorful Guest In Residence socks and a bottle of specialized The Laundress detergent to make sweater weather a little easier to manage this season. As we head into the colder months, Hadid and the Guest In Residence family remind us all that with better care and environmentally conscious choices, investing in cashmere pieces now will pay it forward for a brighter tomorrow.
