Images of the Week: Bennifer Returns to the Red Carpet 

It might be New York fashion week but there’s also plenty of news happening all around the globe. For starters, Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck made their first red carpet appearance as a couple at the Venice Film Festival. Well, their first appearance since they split in 2004. The sight was so exciting, it almost outshone J.Lo’s stunning white Georges Hobeika gown. Almost.

Speaking of gorgeous gowns, Lily Collins got married to director Charlie McDowell in a beautiful Colorado ceremony. She wore a white lace Ralph Lauren ensemble for the occasion, complete with a hood. Congratulations are also in order for Jennifer Lawrence and Cooke Maroney, who announced this week they’re expecting their first child.

Eighteen year old tennis player Emma Raducanu made headlines as she advanced to the finals of the US Open, where she will play against 19-year-old Leyla Fernandez.

Finally, Lorde covered our October issue dressed in golden Schiaparelli roses. She spoke with the writer Rob Haskell about her new album, Solar Power, and her thrilling comeback. Below, see the images of the week.
