Kendall Jenner, Emma Chamberlain, Alexander Wang and More Celebrate YouTube’s New Fashion Vertical

On Monday night, attendees at Tom Ford’s arresting spring 2020 show hied from the bowels of Kenmare Street up to Chelsea, where YouTube was fêting the launch of its new style vertical, /Fashion. Spearheaded by Derek Blasberg, the director of YouTube Fashion and Beauty—and one of the aforementioned hasteners—the hub mingles designer- and celebrity-focused fare with content from YouTube’s vast web of stylish, homegrown talent, among them James Charles, Patrick Starrr, and Emma Chamberlain.

West Edge, the launch event’s industrial-chic venue, harbored a similar meeting of the minds. Among those gathered for the proceedings—which included a performance by Future—were models (Kendall Jenner, the Hadid sisters, Karlie Kloss, Lily Aldridge, a glowing Ashley Graham); leading athletes (Serena Williams, fresh from rehearsing her S by Serena show, Grigor Dimitrov, Nacho Figueras, Adam Rippon); stars of stage and screen (Jake Gyllenhaal, Justin Theroux, Jennifer Lawrence); and the fashion glitterati (Edward Enninful, Samantha Barry, Lauren Santo Domingo, Tabitha Simmons, Diane and Talita von Furstenberg, Alexander Wang, Jenna Lyons, and many more).

The revelry lasted for hours, fueled by dancing, drinks, and a pop-up Cha Cha Matcha café cleverly installed inside an elevator. But, because this was a party hosted by Blasberg, you’ve already seen all the Instagrams, right?
