L.A.’s Coolest Fine Jewelry Labels Have Mixed-and-Matched Their Covetable Designs in a New Collaboration 

Yves Spinelli, Dwyer Kilcollin, Robert Keith, and Kether Parker have a lot in common. They are all friends, having met due to the fact that they work in the same circle as Los Angeles–based fine jewelry designers with cult followings. Since their namesake jewelry label launched in 2010, Spinelli and Kilcollin have built a following for their sleek-linked, mixed-material rings. Their pieces attract a following that spans It girls and fashion gurus, artists and stylists as well as celebrities like Jennifer Lawrence and Tracee Ellis Ross. Keith and Parker have been helming the equally popular Hoorsenbuhs since 2005. They count Michelle Obama and Gwyneth Paltrow as fans. At their cores, both labels are steeped in effortlessly cool, artistically minded aesthetics, ones that they say have attracted customers who tell them that they only buy jewelry from both Spinelli Kilcollin and Hoorsenbuhs. Having built a solid kinship, the two synergistic labels finally decided to team up on a project together.

Launching today, the Spinelli Kilcollin and Hoorsenbuhs unisex collection 333 is a celebration of two of L.A.’s most popular and recognizable fine jewelry brands. The collection includes three ring silhouettes in three different materials—sterling silver, yellow gold, and pavé—all available on both the Hoorsenbuhs and Spinelli Kilcollin websites as well as Bergdorf Goodman, with prices starting at $900. The rings combine Hoorsenbuhs’s recognizable Phantom and Microdame tri-link motif with Spinelli Kilcollin’s linked ring, the links being a shared design signature. As Kilcollin explains it, the collaboration came together quite naturally. “We’ve always loved Hoorsenbuhs jewelry for their bold yet elegant designs that feel masculine yet omni-gendered at the same time.” She adds, “I think those are the core ideas that are shared between the two brands and yet, we each have very distinct aesthetic identities.”
