Photos: The Social Shopper: Fringe for Fall

When one thinks fringe, there are often two ways to go: the Wild West or West Egg. But lately there has been a new way of wearing the fringe, fully modern (no throwback references here) and with plenty of movement and texture. It’s an interesting way to sidestep the duldrums of winter, too. Nothing wakes up basic black like an unexpected embellishment. We got a sneak peek during New York Fashion Week on Le 21ème.
