This weekend, Justin Bieber joined Ariana Grande on stage for a surprise appearance at the Coachella music festival in Indio, California. (He also performed for the first time in two years and even teased that a new album is on its way.) Bieber joked to the crowd that he “wore this fly outfit not knowing I was going to be onstage”—and boy was it fly. In fact, he happened to be wearing one of London’s coolest young designers for his cameo.

Straying from the streetwear-athleisure looks he’s been sporting alongside wife Hailey Bieber as of late, Bieber went full-on, capital-F fashion at Coachella instead. He wore a patchwork jacket and trousers by Craig Green, the experimental menswear designer known for his twisted takes on workwear. Bieber’s pieces were heavy on the stitching and patchwork, and color-blocked in green and navy. He styled the look with a classic white T-shirt, as well as with some accessories of his own design: a baseball cap and necklace from Drew House, his recently-launched streetwear line. Looks like Bieber is getting his music and fashion groove back.
