After a month of covering men’s street style—where streetwear, colorful tailoring, and skirts became standout trends for guys—we’re shifting gears for couture. The short Couture Week in Paris tends to inspire showgoers to really bring it; some of them even wear couture, be it from last season’s shows or their own vintage collections. (However this year’s heat wave might make getting dressed a little tricky!) There’s always lots to look forward to at the couture shows, but Fall 2019 will include three exciting debuts: Virginie Viard’s first solo couture collection for Chanel, Daniel Roseberry’s for Schiaparelli, and Julie de Libran’s eponymous collection, presented at a party in her own home.
